- All orders will be processed by the business day after they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for your product to be shipped.
- Products will be shipped UPS ground, FEDEX ground, or USPS ground via our discretion.
- Buyer is responsible for loss or damage of product during transit and claims must be reported with the carrier within 48 hours.
- Returns must be marked with a Return Authorization number obtained by contacting customerservice@stethoscopepro.com. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Returned goods must be in unused, resalable condition, and may not be older than 6 months.
